Our Story

Tracsoft began almost by accident back in 1998. A local small business needed a website, and someone asked if we could help. We did — and that one project led to another, then another. Before long, what started as a favor turned into a company serving dozens of businesses across Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley.

In those early years, Tracsoft did it all — websites, custom software, IT services, and digital marketing. What stayed constant was a simple focus: helping local businesses grow through technology they could actually understand and use. Over time, we became the go-to place for small business digital needs, the team people called when they just needed someone they could trust to make sense of it all.

In 2023, Tracsoft entered a new chapter when it was purchased by Calvary Ministries in Columbus, Georgia. Calvary’s vision was both practical and deeply purposeful, to continue providing high-quality digital services that help local businesses thrive and to use the company’s success to support ministry efforts in our community and around the world.

Joi Sanders is a Project Manager at Tracsoft and has been with the company since 2022. She focuses on keeping projects on track, staying organized, and making sure communication is clear so everything runs smoothly.

She is currently attending the University of Arizona Global Campus, working toward her degree in Organizational Management. Through her studies, she continues to grow her leadership skills and expand her understanding of how to support teams and improve processes.

Joi was born in East St. Louis, Missouri, but was raised as a military child, which gave her the opportunity to live in Georgia, Germany, and Arizona. These experiences helped shape her ability to adapt, connect with people from different backgrounds, and stay flexible in any environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

What does Tracsoft actually do?

We help small and mid-sized businesses grow — websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, analytics, AI integration. The works.

But the bigger thing: most of our clients don't just need someone to execute tasks. They need help figuring out what to focus on in the first place. That's actually most of what we do.

We've been at this since 1998. Not a flex — it just means we've watched enough marketing trends cycle through to know what actually moves the needle and what just sounds good in a pitch deck.

How is Tracsoft different from other marketing agencies?

We started as a web and software company. That distinction comes up constantly.

A lot of marketing problems are really technical problems — broken tracking, a website that doesn't convert, a messaging issue nobody noticed. Most agencies aren't built to find those. We are, because that's where we started.
