Tracsoft worked closely with Master Wall. Our collaborative partnership is rooted in open communication and a shared vision. Together, we developed a new, user-friendly website that is optimized for desktop and mobile devices. By ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for all users and devices, we reinforce Master Walls commitment to standards of excellence.
We developed custom e-submittal application to automate the assembly and distribution of service and product materials. This software allows users to select their desired systems or products and automatically generate and receive comprehensive PDFs. This allows users to receive the needed information in a more timely manner and reduce the manual work hours impacting Master Wall staff.
To further enhance the user experience, Tracsoft integrated calculators that enable users to determine the precise amount of materials needed for their projects.
Additionally, an AI-powered chatbot, trained on all Master Wall’s extensive product and system documentation, was incorporated, providing customers with instant access to a wealth of knowledge.
