Our hacked-site guarantee
If your site gets hacked while you’re on Website Care, we clean it up at no charge. That includes removing the malicious code, restoring from a clean backup, and closing the hole that let it in.
We can offer this because sites that are updated and patched rarely get hacked. The guarantee is our way of saying we take the updates seriously.
Applies to sites on Website Care for at least 30 days. One cleanup per 12 months.
What does “security patches” actually mean?
WordPress, plugins, and website software regularly releases updates and patches to secure the software. We stay up to date on these releases to ensure our clients sites are up to date and secure. Our team scanned every site we host and applied the fix automatically wherever we could.
For sites on Website Care, that was the end of it. Owners didn’t have to do anything, and most never knew there was a problem. That’s what the plan is for.

Common questions
What’s the difference between Hosting Only and Website Care?
With Hosting Only, we run the server and you take care of the website: updates, security patches and fixes. With Website Care, we take care of both. For $99 more a month, the updates, security, backups and hack cleanup become our job.
I already host with Tracsoft. What changes if I switch to Website Care?
Your site stays right where it is. The difference is that updates, security patches and backups become our job instead of yours, and you have someone to call when something breaks.
Is there a contract?
No. Website Care plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
What counts as “something small”?
A broken link, a plugin acting up, a form that stopped sending, a photo or phone number that needs changing. If a request turns into a bigger project, we’ll tell you before any work starts.
What if an update breaks my site?
We back up your site before updating and check it visually afterward. If something goes wrong, we roll it back and fix the problem.
