Digital Marketing That Finally Makes Sense.
We partner with small businesses to bring marketing clarity, confidence, and the freedom so you can focus on the business you love.
Our Story
Tracsoft began almost by accident back in 1998. A local small business needed a website, and someone asked if we could help. We did — and that one project led to another, then another. Before long, what started as a favor turned into a company serving dozens of businesses across Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley.
In those early years, Tracsoft did it all — websites, custom software, IT services, and digital marketing. What stayed constant was a simple focus: helping local businesses grow through technology they could actually understand and use. Over time, we became the go-to place for small business digital needs, the team people called when they just needed someone they could trust to make sense of it all.
In 2023, Tracsoft entered a new chapter when it was purchased by Calvary Ministries in Columbus, Georgia. Calvary’s vision was both practical and deeply purposeful, to continue providing high-quality digital services that help local businesses thrive and to use the company’s success to support ministry efforts in our community and around the world.

Our Purpose
Every day, we meet business owners and nonprofit leaders who are trying to make sense of the ever-changing digital world. Some need help getting started; others are looking for ways to scale or simplify. Either way, our purpose is the same — to help them see a clear path from idea to action.
We combine digital marketing, website development, and custom software to build solutions that make sense, solve real problems, and move businesses forward. Whether it’s a local startup or a Fortune 500 company, we approach every project with the same question: How can we make this clear and meaningful for you?
Our Values
Integrity
We believe honesty and transparency build trust, and trust builds everything else.
Service
We approach our work with a heart to serve, treating our clients’ goals as if they were our own.
Excellence
Every project, no matter the size, deserves our best work.
Innovation
We stay curious, always learning new ways to help businesses grow.
Community
We believe success should ripple outward, strengthening families, organizations, and the city we call home.
Our Impact
Tracsoft is more than a digital agency — it’s a bridge between business and community. The work we do fuels opportunity not just for our clients, but for the causes and ministries supported through Calvary. Each project helps extend that mission, creating a cycle of growth and generosity that reaches far beyond our office.
What we love most, though, is the connection we build with our clients. Many of them tell us we’ve helped them not just with marketing or technology, but with confidence and encouragement. One client recently wrote, “You’ve been a God-send for me in this journey.” That’s what drives us — knowing our work helps people feel seen, supported, and hopeful about their next step.
Meet the Team
Behind every project is a small team with big heart — people who care deeply about their craft, their clients, and their community. Our developers, designers, and strategists bring years of experience and genuine enthusiasm to each project. Together, we share one goal: helping local businesses become heroes in their communities.

Tracsoft Frequently Asked Questions
What does Tracsoft actually do?
We help small and mid-sized businesses grow — websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, analytics, AI integration. The works.
But the bigger thing: most of our clients don't just need someone to execute tasks. They need help figuring out what to focus on in the first place. That's actually most of what we do.
We've been at this since 1998. Not a flex — it just means we've watched enough marketing trends cycle through to know what actually moves the needle and what just sounds good in a pitch deck.
How is Tracsoft different from other marketing agencies?
We started as a web and software company. That distinction comes up constantly.
A lot of marketing problems are really technical problems — broken tracking, a website that doesn't convert, a messaging issue nobody noticed. Most agencies aren't built to find those. We are, because that's where we started.
The other thing: we don't chase short engagements. Most of our clients have been with us for years. That's not an accident — it's what we're optimized for. We'd rather understand a business deeply than do a clean handoff and move on.
How does Tracsoft use AI in marketing?
Where it actually helps. Drafting content faster, finding patterns in campaign data, automating repetitive steps. Useful stuff.
What it can't do is know your town, your customers, your reputation. Strategy lives in that context — and that's still a person's job.
Can AI replace a marketing agency?
Some of what agencies used to do, yes. Writing basic content, running simple campaigns, pulling reports — that's cheaper and easier now. Worth being honest about.
The harder work is figuring out what strategy fits your specific business, connecting all the moving pieces, and adjusting when things stop working. AI can inform those calls. It can't make them. And right now there's more noise to cut through than ever, so having someone who actually knows your business matters more, not less.
What kind of businesses does Tracsoft work best with?
Usually owners who are tired of guessing. They know they need to grow, they've tried stitching things together themselves, and they want someone who can make sense of the whole picture — not just hand them a to-do list.
Most are small to mid-sized, locally or regionally focused, either trying to expand or finally get off the hamster wheel of marketing that isn't going anywhere.
What results can I expect working with Tracsoft?
Depends where you're starting. But the most common thing I hear after a few months: "I finally know what's actually working."
That sounds like a small thing. For most business owners, it's a genuine relief — they've been spending money on autopilot, not because it's performing. Getting real visibility changes how you make decisions, which ripples through everything else.
Past that: more consistent online presence, cleaner data, better lead flow over time. It's not a quick fix. It builds.
Do you only work on websites, or ongoing marketing too?
Both. Websites are usually the starting point because that's where the foundational issues are hiding.
But most of what we actually do is ongoing. SEO, content, ads, analytics, AI. More and more, we function as a fractional marketing team — clients who don't need a full in-house hire but do need someone consistently paying attention.
How does Tracsoft approach marketing strategy?
We start with questions. What are you trying to achieve? What's working right now? Where is stuff breaking down?
Then we build a plan that connects everything — website, content, ads, data — so they're pulling in the same direction. Most businesses are running a pile of disconnected activities. We find the thread connecting them, or we build one.
Why does Tracsoft emphasize relationships so much?
Marketing doesn't stay fixed. It shifts, needs adjustment, stops working for reasons that weren't obvious six months ago. That process only goes well if the people advising you actually know your business.
We'd rather turn down a project that isn't the right fit than close a deal that goes nowhere. That one choice — made consistently for 25 years — is basically what Tracsoft is built on.
Is Tracsoft a good fit if I just want a quick project?
Sometimes. We do project work — websites, campaigns, specific builds.
But our best work happens over time. That's when we can actually learn your business, adjust when things change, build real momentum. If you're hunting for the cheapest one-time option, there are plenty of those. If you want someone still thinking about your business six months from now, that's the kind of engagement we're good at.
How do I get started with Tracsoft?
Schedule a call. We'll talk through your goals, what's working, and where you might be missing something. No hard pitch — just a conversation to figure out if it makes sense to go further.
