Alan and the guys at Tracsoft are pros in every sense of the word. Alan went the extra mile for me setting up a blog for a friend who had recently passed. He went way beyond what would have normally been expected to get the job done. After troubleshooting a number of issues (Refreshing and updating a years old WordPress template) Alan was able to retrieve all the old posts and data and reskin the site.
